Exchange - Return

Returns or exchanges are at the customer's expense (covering shipping costs both ways) if the size, color, or style does not suit.

Returns or exchanges can be arranged within 14 days from the date of receiving the item.

There are a few conditions that must be met:

1. The item must be in its original condition without signs of wear (no odor, washing traces, or stains).

2. Refunds are issued after the item inspection, with a processing time of 1-5 business days starting from the day after the item is received.

3. Upon receiving a return from the buyer, the item undergoes a check to ensure it retains its original condition: packaging, all tags, and labels.

4. IMPORTANT! If conditions 1 and 3 are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.
